The Vineta Hotel - Palm Beach
In homage to an illustrious history dating back 100 years - The Vineta Hotel has been restored to its former splendour in the heart of Palm Beach. The Vineta embodies the elegant, artistic life of a destination famed for its restaurant scene, designer boutiques and noteworthy galleries and is the first in the US to join the Oetker Hotels portfolio (hospitality team behind Eden Rock St. Barths and Le Bristol Paris). Originally built in 1926, The Vineta Hotel is an exemplary archetype of the Mediterranean Revival architecture for which Palm Beach is renowned. Following a top to bottom renovation by London-based interior designer Tino Zervudachi, the landmark hotel offers 41 spacious rooms and suites, renovated with interior designs inspired by Palm Beach's island lifestyle and sunny climate. Palm Beach has been evolving gracefully for over 100 years and today is a vibrant and thriving destination, world-renowned for its beauty, quality of life and small-town character.

An alluring dining destination with both inside and outside seating - Coco’s is poised to become the buzzing epicenter of The Vineta. Offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine in a setting that blends Riviera glamour with a touch of American charm. Overseen by Executive Chef Brian Rodriguez, as well as Sebastian Broda (the Executive Chef of their legendary sister property, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc). The menu brings the spirit and sophistication of the South of France to Palm Beach - featuring signature dishes inspired by the iconic French icon (including the classic Steak Diane and Eden Roc Sea Bass), complemented by new creations crafted just for Coco’s. From ocean‑fresh crudo to hand-crafted pastas and indulgent desserts from Pastry Chef Tarek Ahamada. Their cocktail program serves classic and proprietary drinks with an adjacent 37-seat bar, complete with ample wine & Champagne list. Mornings feature lemon-ricotta pancakes, frittata Florentine and acai bowls, while lunch offers such items as a crab-avocado cocktail and signature burger.
