Café Lacoste - Paris
Café Lacoste from French fashion brand - opened their first sports-themed café in Paris in partnership with Giraudi Group. Fusing French style with cuisine - just walking distance from its flagship store off the Champs Elysees. The café's cuisine is led by Thierry Pauldetto, with a menu of lattes, light fare, branded cakes and their "crocodile water" - L'Eau de Croco, a fusion of coconut water, matcha and ginger. Alongside a concept store featuring Lacoste branding products and a textile collection.

Noma Pop Up -Los Angeles
NOMA chef René Redzepi is bringing his world-famous Copenhagen restaurant named No. 1 in the world five times - to a Los Angeles pop up from March 11th to June 26th. Coveted reservations sold out within 60 seconds at $1,500 per person. Only 42 guests will be served at each seating - four days a week, at a location in Silver Lake that will be revealed to those with a confirmed reservation. Redzepi's team along with nonprofit Culinary Careers Program (C-CAP), will provide a hands-on work experience to students from underserved communities with one table reserved each night for young industry professionals who can apply to enjoy a meal at no charge.
