Parisian Holiday Elegance

LE ROYAL MONCEAU - Raffles Paris is known as the city's most vibrant and contemporary Palace hotel. For the holiday season, the property infuses its classic Parisian elegance with culinary artistry and exceptional high-society celebrations, adorning itself in deep crimson and velvet to celebrate Christmas in the manner of a Haute Couture house.  In ode to the Parisian Art de Vivre and the world of Couture - the lobby Christmas tree rises as a monumental textile sculpture composed of royal red velvet cushions, stacked and embellished with gilded botanical accents and crystalline tassels. Beneath the Marquise and along the entire façade, trees dressed in ribbons and deep red ornaments welcome guests upon arrival, while a ribbon embraces the terrace basin, crowned at its centre by a majestic bow.The New Year's Eve 'Avenue Hoche' countdown is one the property's most high-energy curations of the year. Rather than navigate crowds on the Champs-Élysées, guests are treated to a multi-concept dinner with a pristine vantage point of the Arc de Triomphe fireworks and countdown to 2027 with Champagne toasts and dance floor celebration at Le Bar Long.

The Bûche de Noël Reveal: every year, the hotel unveils a highly anticipated Christmas Log - "L'Envoutée du Bar Long" by Pastry Chefs Yazid Ichemrahen and Alexandre Favre. 2026's edition: a double vanilla mousse from Madagascar and Tahiti, flowing with Piedmont hazelnut praline, mandarin marmalade, hazelnut biscuit and feuilletine with Guérande sea salt fleur de sel.

La Galette des Rois: The magic of the festive season gives way to something equally enchanting: Épiphanie and the Galette des Rois (seasonal puff pastry). Bearing 65 hand-scored lines, traced one by one by the Chefs, crafted with Isigny butter and enveloped in almond frangipane - one of France's most beloved traditions.

Il Carpaccio: Michelin-starred restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine prepared by Chefs Oliver Piras & Alessandra Del Favero.

To welcome in the New Year, the restaurant has put together an unforgettable evening where fine Italian cuisine is accompanied by the spellbinding power of gospel music.

Le Bar Long: is an elegant Parisian brasserie designed by Philippe Starck. Gathered around its iconic long table - Le Bar celebrates reinvented French classics from breakfast through dinner.
